ASI wins major new contract in co'traitance with Héli-Union, a subsidiary of the Sabena technics Group ASI continues its growth with the signing of a major contract worth several tens of millions of euros in co-contracting with Héli-Union, a subsidiary of the Sabena technics Group, for the renovation of the French Air Force's fleet of Fennec helicopters for territorial surveillance missions.

The American company thus recognizes ASI's special competence and sales capabilities, but above all, its ability to provide pre-sales consulting, installation, support and after-sales service to the Rockwell-Collins user community. ASI-Group has designed and certified hundreds of minor and major modifications enabling the installation of Rockwell-Collins products on aircraft ranging from the King Air 90 to the ATR, Embraer, Boeing and Airbus.

With this acquisition, ASI Group strengthens its catalog of solutions and services for civil, state and military operators. Taking advantage of its new location at Paris Vatry international airport, ASI Group is creating a new MRO, avionics and services division for Beechcraft aircraft owners.

ASI, through its two divisions ASI-Innovation and ASI-Aviation, has just won an exceptional contract from the French defense procurement agency (Direction Générale de l'Armement - DGA).

BPIFrance and GIFAS have announced the list of 14 companies joining the third national promotion of the Aeronautics Accelerator. ASI-Group is particularly proud of the selection of its subsidiary ASI-Innovation in this list.
